Smart Junction Box (SBOX)
Our SBOX for ESP (Electric Submersible Pump) applications is a critical component designed to facilitate gas venting from the ESP power cable, which is typically trapped inside. Simultaneously, it enables the monitoring of key electrical variables at high voltage, ensuring the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance.
The SBOX is a Smart Junction Box specifically engineered for ESP systems. With this innovation, there is no need to open the enclosure, minimizing technician exposure during electrical measurements. These tasks can be performed manually via the DTPpoint or remotely through the integrated SmartGuardian controller, which also provides comprehensive power quality analysis.
Furthermore, the signals measured within the SBOX can be utilized to control a drive, optimizing performance through direct electrical measurements at high voltages.
